Nitesh Konkar fb6ed6961a Dev-guide: Kernel build fails on ppc64le

The kernel config file name prefix changed from
ppc64le to powerpc. This change broke the kernel
build on ppc64le. Fix the kernel build steps
accordingly.

Fixes: #207
