James O. D. Hunt ce077f0b96 docs: Split docker install into separate docs
The install guides assumed that users wanted to install Docker. Since
there are other container managers, split the Docker-specific
instructions into separate documents (with backlinks) and allow the
user to choose between Docker or Kubernetes from the install guides.

Fixes #144.

Installing Kata Containers on Ubuntu

Notes:

  • Kata Containers packages are available for Ubuntu* versions 16.04 and 17.10 (currently x86_64 only).

  • If you are installing on a system that already has Clear Containers or runv installed, first read the upgrading document.

  • If you do not want to copy or type all these instructions by hand, you can use the kata-manager script to install the packaged system including your chosen container manager. Alternatively, you can generate a runnable shell script from individual documents using the kata-doc-to-script script.

  1. Install the Kata Containers components with the following commands:

    Note: This installation channel is not secure since the repository currently redirects download URLs to http.

    $ sudo sh -c "echo 'deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/katacontainers:/release/xUbuntu_$(lsb_release -rs)/ /' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kata-containers.list"
    $ curl -sL  http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/katacontainers:/release/xUbuntu_$(lsb_release -rs)/Release.key | sudo apt-key add -
    $ sudo -E apt-get update
    $ sudo -E apt-get -y install kata-runtime kata-proxy kata-shim

  2. Decide which container manager you will use and select the corresponding link that follows:
