# Install Kata Containers from snapcraft.io
|
|
|
|
Kata Containers can be installed in any Linux distribution that supports
|
|
[snapd](https://docs.snapcraft.io/installing-snapd).
|
|
|
|
Run the following command to install Kata Containers:
|
|
|
|
```bash
|
|
$ sudo snap install kata-containers --classic
|
|
```
