docs: Improve table in install README
Improvements to the table in the installation README: - Fix the invalid link for the "Build from sources" option. - Add column for "Packaged install" to make it clearer which options result in a distro-packed install. - Tweaked the "Suggested for" column to make the use-case options clearer. - Added detail for each use-case in a "Description" column. Fixes #276. Signed-off-by: James O. D. Hunt <james.o.hunt@intel.com>
