feat: update URL path when opening bookmarks from sidebar

- Add URL navigation when selecting bookmarks
- Navigate to /a/:naddr for nostr articles (kind:30023)
- Navigate to /r/:url for external URLs
- Encode article bookmarks to naddr format on selection
