style: reduce margins/paddings to make highlight cards more compact

Browse Source 
- Decrease list gap and content padding
- Bring corner buttons closer to edges (header/footer 0.5rem, quote 0.25/0.5rem)
- Keep safe spacing to avoid text/button overlap
