refactor: simplify rebroadcast settings UI

Browse Source 
- Remove icons from checkbox labels
- Shorten text to simple checkbox labels
- Cleaner, more minimal design
- Settings: 'Use local relay(s) as cache' and 'Rebroadcast events to all relays'
