bit-aloo 46fab87634 Replaced manual validation in SimulatorCLI::validate with Clap features:
- Added `conflicts_with` for mutually exclusive flags
- Removed redundant default values for bool flags.
- Dropped manual validation checks in favor of Clap's built-in parsing guarantees.
