Add --no-vd-system-decorations
Add an option to disable the following flag for virtual displays:
DisplayManager.VIRTUAL_DISPLAY_FLAG_SHOULD_SHOW_SYSTEM_DECORATIONS
Some devices render a broken UI when this flag is enabled.
