Rusty Russell fccb11a641 fetchinvoice: amount_msat not msat. 
The name in the spec is `msat`, but I don't want to make an API exception.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
