darosior ddf14613d1 libplugin: introduce a top-level object 
Having a global object is very handy to pass to `io_plan`s, which would
have otherwise required a whole bunch of new globals.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
