Rusty Russell d3e64c3970 libplugin: jsonrpc_request_whole_object_start() for more custom request handling. 
commando wants to see the whole reply object, and also not to assume params is
an object.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
