Rusty Russell d360075d22 libplugin: use string ids correctly. 
Build them from the command which caused them, and take plugin name
as basename with extension stripped.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
