niftynei ccffac8208 bkpr: put the account name on the event 
When we print events out, we need to know the account name. This makes
our lookup a lot easier, since we just pull it out from the database
every time we query for these.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
