Antoine Poinsot b5aaee6679 Revert "pytest: Skip hsm encryption test if we don't have a TTY" ...

This reverts commit 2b12cac31e. There is
no need to skip the test in this case, and it seems to simply be an artifact
of CI-debugging hell :)
