Christian Decker 5f2072869a pay: Fix a null-dereference introduced in #6428 
The alias may not be set for non-alias channels after they
confirm. The other branch is safe because we only consider active
channels.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
