Rusty Russell a4c7ff0f10 libplugin: remove command_success_str function. 
As mentioned in previous commits: "result" must be an object,
and anything else is an antipattern.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
