Rusty Russell 993f44f289 libplugin: don't be so strict on msat fields. 
Let the parsing handle if they're the wrong type (soon they'll be u64).

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
