Rusty Russell 68f15f17bb delforward: allow deletion of "unknown in_htlc_id" and fix autoclean to use it. 
Note the caveats: we will delete *all* of them at once!

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
