Rusty Russell 7ddebada90 plugins/bcli: fix leak report when bitcoind goes away. 
I shut down bitcoind during a test, and bcli leak reports flooded in.
They're all temporary, but this fixes them.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
