Rusty Russell 70aee52903 libplugin: don't spew datastore errors to LOG_DEBUG. 
People get upset, especially as our "not found" error can be a bit
hard to read!

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
