Rusty Russell edc30b12ea lightningd: --dev-debugger=<subdaemon> ...

Or for blackbox tests --gdb1=<subdaemon> / --gdb2=<subdaemon>.

This makes the subdaemon wait as soon as it's execed, so we can attach
the debugger.
