Vincent 54888d454b Fixed assertion in pay plugin 
This PR includes the fix discussed on PR #3855. This fix was tested with the use case described inside the issue and worked.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
