Rusty Russell 52af729641 plugins/offer and plugins/fetchinvoice: send and recv errors. 
This also lets us extend our testing to cover error cases.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
