Rusty Russell bed905a394 lightningd: use 33 byte pubkeys internally. 
We still use 32 bytes on the wire, but internally don't use x-only.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
