Rusty Russell 4deb552fe9 build: don't generate experimental variants of wire files. 
We no longer have any experimental-only wire definitions.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
