Rusty Russell 49df89556b commando: support commands larger than 64k. 
This is needed for invoice, which can be asked to commit to giant descriptions
(though that's antisocial!).

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
