lisa neigut 42ef64941a fundchannel: have address work with any network 
`txprepare` verifies that you're sending to an address on the
right network, so this builds a placeholder address for the
right network.

Plugin Directory

Anything file in this directory which is executable and doesn't start and doesn't contain ASCII symbols other than '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
