Christian Decker 3a031bf0e3 keysend: Fix a use-after-free error 
By stealing the underlying buffer we could end up freeing it, causing
the next read to access a freed buffer. Copying is however safe.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
