Rusty Russell 399288db3f autoclean: use config variables, not commands. 
It's more natural: we will eventually support dynamic config variables,
so this will be quite nice.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
