Rusty Russell 31f439760f libplugin: make leaks log at LOG_BROKEN so they break CI. 
Now we've fixed them, this makes sure CI notices if new leaks appear.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
