niftynei 0726d2912e df-mfc: remove guard-rails for failures 
This will cause blow ups for v2 multifundchannel attempts with failures,
but allows us to return the expected errors for single-shot
fundchannel attempts.

Error handling is coming, i promise

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
