Christian Decker 29031c02ca libplugin: Expose the jsonrpc_request_sync method 
This one was mostly used in libplugin, but not available outside. It
is rather useful, so let's expose it.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
