Rusty Russell 9aa9a8236f commando: free incmd as soon as we use it. 
Otherwise we left it in the cache, causing "New cmd replacing old"
messages.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
