Rusty Russell 136d0c8005 offers: update to remove "vendor" and "timestamp" fields. 
Changelog-EXPERIMENTAL: remove "vendor" (use "issuer") and "timestamp" (use "created_at") fields (deprecated v0.10.2).

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
