Rusty Russell 12dd3a439b offers: include the payer_note field in the invoice if it's in the request. 
And list it in bolt12-cli decode, and the `decode` command.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
