Rusty Russell 1250806060 commando: correctly replace the id field in responses. 
This was reported a while ago: now do it properly.

Fixes: #5637
Changelog-Fixed: Plugins: `commando` now responds to remote JSON calls with the correct JSON `id` field.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
