Christian Decker 7930e34da3 pay: Populate the channel hints with either the scid or the alias 
We'll use one of the two, and we reuse the `scid` field, since we
don't really care that much which one it is.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
