One change from the obsolete version handling, gossipd will no longer send forwarding onion msgs to lightningd, but will forward it directly. That was the effect before, anyway. Rusty Russell	9d57612415	gossipd, channeld: handle onion messages in gossipd so we don't need a channel. ... The previous onion_message code required a confirmed, not-shutting-down channel, not just a connection.
