Fabiano Fidêncio 77160e591a workflows: Actually login to quay.io ...

9fa1febfd9 added the support to also push
the image to quay.io.  However, we didn't try explicitly pass quay.io as
the registry server, causing then to login to fail.

Fixes: #2306
