Fabiano Fidêncio c5b4164cb1 gha: ci: Fix tarball-suffix passed to the metrics tests ...

Instead of passing "-${{ inputs.tag }}-amd64", we must only pass
"-${{ inputs.tag }}".

This is a regression introduced by
106e305717.
