Add new http interfaces to support pprof:

- /sandboxes
- /debug/vars
- /debug/pprof/
- /debug/pprof/cmdline
- /debug/pprof/profile
- /debug/pprof/symbol
- /debug/pprof/trace

Fixes: #397
