Julio Montes 71ccc0a6ea mage-builder: remove -s option and IMG_SIZE envar

guest kernel needs 64 bytes of DRAM per 4K page of emulated PMEM, hence the
image size should be as small as possible to reduce the container's memory
footprint. The image size is recalculated automatically if it's too small
to contain the rootfs.

Kata Containers image generation

A Kata Containers disk image is generated using the image_builder.sh script. This uses a rootfs directory created by the rootfs-builder/rootfs.sh script.

Creating a guest OS image

To create a guest OS image run:

$ sudo ./image_builder.sh path/to/rootfs

Where path/to/rootfs is the directory populated by rootfs.sh.

: If you are building an image from an Alpine rootfs, see the important note here.
