David Esparza 1f9a4e908f metrics: Enables FIO test for kata containers ...

FIO benchmark is enabled to measure IO in Kata
at different latencies using containerd client,
in order to complement the CI metrics testing set.

This PR asl deprecated the previous Fio bench
based on k8s.
