Liu Wenyuan 6ed970db73 tests: Enable tests for StratoVirt hypervisor ...

This commit enables StratoVirt hypervisor to be tested in kata GHA for
the first time, incluing metrics, cri-containerd and so on.

Meanwhile, adding some unit tests for StratoVirt to make sure it works.
