Added new `agent-ctl` commands to allow the following agent API calls to be made: - `AddARPNeighborsRequest` - `CloseStdinRequest` - `CopyFileRequest` - `GetMetricsRequest` - `GetOOMEventRequest` - `MemHotplugByProbeRequest` - `OnlineCPUMemRequest` - `ReadStreamRequest` - `ReseedRandomDevRequest` - `SetGuestDateTimeRequest` - `TtyWinResizeRequest` - `UpdateContainerRequest` - `WriteStreamRequest` Fixes: #969.
