Beraldo Leal	ead724bec1	protocol: removing gogo.nullable feature ... gogo.nullable is the main gogo.protobuf' feature used here. Since we are trying to remove gogo.protobuf, the first reasonable step seems to be remove this feature. This is a core update, and it will change how the structs are defined.
