c8c3e4694a test: Test for kata-containers packages on Fedora 31 
This will test the kata-containers packages that are available on
Fedora 31 to see that they are working properly.

34ce361a40 ci: Add obs testing for packaging 
This will test that is possible to install the obs packages in different
distributions.
