Pratik Raj	d527c4ff64	debian: Don't install recommended software ... By default, Ubuntu or Debian based "apt" or "apt-get" system installs recommended but not suggested packages . By passing "--no-install-recommends" option, the user lets apt-get know not to consider recommended packages as a dependency to install. Create a script that will be added to the `kata-static-${version}-${arch}.tar.xz` file and which can be either run directly by the user to configure Docker, or can be run indirectly by the `kata-manager` script.
