Hui Zhu	42a89d0dcd	katautils: Move SetKernelParams from CreateSandbox to updateRuntimeConfig ... Function SetKernelParams is just to update the runtimeConfig according to itself. James O. D. Hunt	0bf29c8207	config: Check factory config ... If VM factory templating is enabled (`enable_template=true`), error if the configured image is not an `initrd=` one.
